Consultancy Subscriber Packages 


For the past 11 years, we have supported around 100 clients each year successfully obtain their CQC        registration.


As our newly branded Company, Care Consultancy Assist is now introducing an additional optional                subscription service and online client portal – in addition of course to our main service for supporting new      CQC registration applications, which will continue unchanged. This new service is in response to our many    newly registered clients who have asked for ongoing support, in particular as the CQC introduces its Single    Assessment Framework from 2023.



  1. ONGOING COMPLIANCE SUPPORT *NEW* -  You choose the level of consultancy input (“We Become Your Invisible Team Member”) * Three months minimum contract then one months notice.

       Prices (per month):

       up to 4 Hours          £75 per hour*

       4 to 10  Hours         £60 per hour*

       11 Plus Hours         £50 per hour*


        Based on 8 hours per day or £400 per day

   2. BUILD YOUR OWN BESPOKE SUPPORT - No Contract - No Ties


No subscription, just agree with us the specific and bespoke consultancy help and support wherever              and whenever you wish (but naturally without the discount on day rates applicable to our subscribers).


Examples of our extra consultancy support include:


  • Review of all Risk Assessments and the company Risk Register

  • Support for applications for changes of CQC Location, changes to your CQC Statement of Purpose, a new CQC registered Manager, etc.

  • Dedicated support in advance of formal and informal CQC assessments.

  • Review of up-to-date clinical audits and the audit programme

  • Policy review and update – (Note this could be done ongoing on a rotational basis e.g., a few policies per month or once year revise the whole policy suite using our expert team of Clinical and Governance Consultants)

  • Review of Safety Audits (Infection Control, Fire, Health, and Safety etc)

  • Review of the complaints and grumbles register and random checks

  • Review of the Incidents and Near Misses

  • Review of Medical Safety Alerts Process

  • Review of Patient Feedback and Summaries, Discussions and Actions “you Said- We Did)

  • Review of HR Due Diligence and Governance

  • Review of Premises and Equipment Compliance Ongoing

  • Review CQC Compliance

  • Review of training and development (Including Mandatory Training)

  • Staff training and interviews around governance and compliance (Particularly new staff as part of an induction programme)

  • Review of meetings, discussion, and outcomes

  • CQC Compliance Presence on your Governance or Integrated Governance Committee Meetings.


(Our current fees for this ad hoc consultancy support are £675 per day/ £90 per hour).



Once subscribed you will have access to the following for as long as you subscribe:


  1. Our full suite of fully updated policies and procedures

  2. Our full suite of helpful guidance documents covering all things CQC.

  3. Our full range of working templates to help you maintain compliance and due diligence.

  4. Our full range of databases/toolkits to help you manage and track your compliance.

  5. Access to our private Facebook group where you can engage with other members and ask questions as well as discuss anything CQC.

Not only do you get the above for your subscription, we will also give you 10% off any work we do for you        during your subscription including mock inspections, audits, changes to your registration etc for the                duration of your subscription.


Annual Cost for This Online Support Portal  £480 (only £40 per month)


OR pay monthly @ £45 per month (£540 per year)


*12 Month Contract


   Our Support Packages are led by Rachael Duff who is a co-director at Care Consultancy Assist. Rachael 

   has vast experience in supporting clients with CQC related matters from new registration packages and

   changes to registration through to support with reports and appeals and conducting mock inspections and

   other bespoke consultancy support.  Rachael has also carried out over 100 mock inspections and several

   hundred hours of consultancy support as Co-Director at Care Consultancy Assist across the full Health

   and Social Care Spectrum and has experience working as a Specialist Expert Advisor to the Care Quality

   Commission having assisted on over 300 live inspections.
