Care Consultancy Assist is proud to work in partnership with Red Kite Consultancy who provide CPD Certified BLS and AED Training

​

Clare and Lucia are registered nurses who both have over 30 years of clinical and leadership experience within the NHS and private healthcare sector.  

 

In 2021, they started a business, Red Kite Consultancy, where their focus is a shared enthusiasm for BLS & AED training. They are both trained instructors and have a team of freelance nurses and paramedics helping them deliver courses that are CPD certified. Red Kite trains both healthcare professionals and the public and believes that everyone should have the skills to perform effective Basic Life Support and the confidence to use an AED. 

 

In line with this they are both very proud to be part of the collaborative group founding the Community Interest Company (CIC) ToBe Heartsafe. The CIC was set up in order to extend cardiac screening and BLS training services beyond just the few who can afford to pay for them. As a non-profit organisation, they have a programme for a like-for-like plan; this means that for every pupil, player or athlete whose screening and training is paid for, they will offer the same service free-of-charge to another young person/athlete who would be unable to afford these services. Their mission is to increase the provision of cardiac screening, BLS and AED training and the installation of defibrillators for schools, sports clubs and institutions. Clare and Lucia lead the BLS and AED training services, which also includes defibrillator risk assessments for the work place, schools and sports clubs . https://tobe-heartsafe.org.uk/

We combine flexible online learning with world-class academic training written by an Expert Advisor to the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) on obesity.
